What to expect when registering:
You can register for the gala through the link on this website, or by using the QR code on the invitation.
After completing your registration, you’ll receive an email with your ticket and instructions for the event.
To participate in the auction, please download the Givi app and create or log into your account. The app is where you’ll check in to the event and place bids.
Once you download the app and set up your account, it will keep you logged in for up to 72 hours unless you manually log out.
To bid on a silent auction item, or participate in the quilt drawing, you must have a card on file. However, at the end of the evening, you can pay with cash or check.
Bakers Needed
We are looking for people who love to bake, to contribute a dessert to BOOTS, BABIES & BBQ Cowboy Confections Live Auction!
We are looking for 25 scrumptious desserts this year.
We love the lively table bidding competition and many people like to participate. For those who do not wish to participate in the bidding a limited number of fancy cupcakes or cookies will be available for purchase. We are accepting donations for those as well.

Auction Basket Donations
You may also support us by donating a themed basket for the silent auction. If you would like to donate, it is most helpful to have a list of the basket contents and the total value of the basket since this needs to be included on the auction bidding site. Please notify the center if you plan to donate a basket. We request baskets to be brought to the center by October 22nd. This allows us to photograph them and add the description to the bidding site.
